By signing the Contract of Legal Assistance (the “Contract”), the Client agrees to the processing by Ro-Law of personal data and of identification data (personal identification number, identity documentation copy) and of localization data to the scope of contract implementation, such processing to be made upon conclusion of the Contract, throughout its duration and beyond Contract termination in relation to the natural person client, the legal representatives / delegates of the legal person client or all persons within the latter’s organization involved in the conclusion and implementation of the Contract as well as in relation to all persons nominated by the Client an all personal and contact data exchanged between the parties. By signing the Contract, the Client agrees to Ro-Law using these personal data in any process and/or communication, irrespective of its nature (either contractual, technical, operational, commercial or marketing) and of its written/electronic support, including the instances regulated under law where personal data processing by Ro-Law is either compulsory, or necessary for exercising the lawyer profession or for performance of the lawyer’s mandate.
