Mr. Bujor Octavian Raclaru became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association in 1997 and a Senior Lawyer since 1999, he is member of the Romanian Insurance Law Association and Arbiter with the UNSAR Insurance Arbitration Commission and the author of several articles published in International Insurance Law Review (London).
